I’ve completely dropped the ball on sending around a doodle poll to establish a regular meeting time slot for ATLAS Connect issues.

Here is a poll,

http://doodle.com/9srfhbzbbrxev7zc

Please fill out the poll before the end of the week.  Once we have a time chosen, I’ll setup a meeting in Indico and we’ll likely use Vidyo.
(there is a phone bridge)

Some topics and possible projects to discuss, both for ATLAS Connect User, and ATLAS Connect Cluster:

- New targets: Stampede, Midway and SWT2
- Newly Flocked Tier3: UT
- Faxbox permissions and usability: with Condor, xrootd, and globus online
- Parrot wrapper
- Parrot overhead for ROOT IO  (as compared to WAN overhead)
- Building useful examples for the documentation
- Adding a PROOF cluster service (UChicago-Exotics group request)
- Additional software tools on login.usatlas.org
- ATLAS Connect job wrapper to grab additional accounting info (institution an working group)
- Writing down a Faxbox usage policy; work needed for lazy enforcement
- CONNECT Panda:
> New Panda queue
> Autopyfactory
> Production targets: Stampede, Midway
- ATLAS Connect at next US ATLAS Facilities meeting, at SLAC, April 7
> Documented ATLAS Connect analysis templates
> Flocked Tier3 operations: stability, relative performance
> Use of FAX from ATLAS Connect
> User tutorial

I sometimes probe the system with a test job set.  Below is what I got running today (jobs now deleted).
See below.  (Over the weekend, Dave, Ilija and I were ramping up jobs to for FAX stress testing
and, with priorities favorably set, could reach up to 5k jobs).

Cheers,
- Rob
