I put it near the end...on ours it is between LogFolder and CondorLocation

I have not had any problems with updates replacing the file.
New release of the ProbeConfig show up as "ProbeConfig.rpmnew"

And osg-configure does not change this entry. I have run configure
many time after making this change so I think we are ok here.

So, it would appear that if the rpm updates, the file would also update?  Where in that file did you place the directives?  Maybe somewhere near the end, in this vicinity?  Is osg-configure, if run, going to over-write the file?

To process these records as "atlas", the following must be added to /etc/gratia/condor/ProbeConfig
