Its strange, I can run my jobs on FresnoState but if I tried on "atlasconnect", the first error I am getting is that I am not able to setup root.

In my shell file, I am setting up root as

export ATLAS_LOCAL_ROOT_BASE='/cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch/repo/ATLASLocalRootBase'

source ${ATLAS_LOCAL_ROOT_BASE}/user/atlasLocalSetup.sh

Do anyone have idea about it? I can setup interactively though.

I also tried:

export ATLAS_LOCAL_ROOT_BASE=/cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch/repo/ATLASLocalRootBase
source $ATLAS_LOCAL_ROOT_BASE/user/atlasLocalSetup.sh
localSetupROOT --skipConfirm

As given in twiki but it doesnt help.
