Dear All,
    I just noticed that no meeting notice went out for our bi-weekly 
eRHIC IR meeting for today. As a reminder, Elke and Alexander are not 
going to be able to attend today, so the idea we discussed was to have a 
brief mtg to start writing down some of the requirements/specification 
for the beam pipe in the IR region.
    I propose that we hold the meeting at 3 pm today for those who are 
available. Perhaps it will be a short mtg.
