    Catching up on minutes for eRHIC IR meetings. Below please find the 
minutes for the meeting held on June 9, 2017.

          Minutes for the eRHIC IR meeting held on June 9, 2017.

* We started with a presentation by Bob:
    - Bob went over a list of corrections that he'd made in the 
previous week.
    - he pointed out that he'd found a few more corrections to be made 
this morning which he still needed to fix.
    - Defined a new parameter set:
         - "High Acceptance, Low Divergence"
         - Low divergence in both X and Y.
         - N.B. that normal parameter sets have low/limited divergence 
in X, but large in Y.
    - Elke points out that for the physics program thgis new parameter 
set could be very important.
* A discussion about the details of matching the IR design and parameter 
sets to the rest of the eRHIC ring lattices:
    - Question by Guillaume on what level of precision is 
necessary/appropriate beam(?) operation?
       - Answer was that +- ~10% might be appropriate at this stage.
* To do list:
     - Discussion about Luminosity monitor
    - Tweak to angles of the forward hadron magnets (may allow one to 
shrink the aperatures)
    - All for 330 bunches (initial cooling)
* Next meeting date will be June 30th.
    - Pick a new mtg day and/or time
       - Note that as a result of the Doodle Poll by Elke, the new 
meeting times on appropriate Fridays are 2:00 pm.
