     I'm writing to invite all of you to an eRHIC IR design meeting that we'll be holding this Friday (May 12th), at 3:00 pm in the LCR in Bldg 911. It was discussed in our past meeting (we meet every two weeks) that it is a good time to start discussions with you and get your input on issues related to the crab cavities.
