I’m pretty indifferent with respect having a meeting or not. 

But I would like to make a general point.

we made quite some changes to the IR layout. I think before we continue making changes, 

I think we need to do the same checks to this design as we did to the pre-CD one. 

For this it needs that the current design is really matched to the rest of the hadron and lepton machine and I need the madex files from Stephen and Guillaume.

I also think we need to give time to Charles and Alexei to check the vacuum setup and the impedance.

I think it is really important to do this steps before we do more changes  to the design.
