Hi All,
     So, based on the feedback, we won't have an IR Design meeting this 
Friday, Dec. 21st. The next IR Design mtg will be Friday, January 4th, 
starting at 2:30 pm.
     Following Elke's comments, an Agenda topic for the January 4th 
meeting will be to discuss/determine if the recent (i.e. post pCDR 
baseline) IR design studies are complete enough (e.g. have solutions for 
matching to the hadron and electron rings, etc.) that they should be 
studied via simulations for the Physics program acceptances and performance.
     People are of course welcome to meet and exchange information 
before the next meeting, for example Charles indicated he had some 
costing information that he like to discuss with Elke.
