Hi all,

I am writing on behalf of the conveners of the joint HF and jets working group of ECCE and ATHENA. While the joint detector working groups will work on EIC detector 1 design optimizations, the physics working groups will help to validate the physics capabilities of any detector modifications.

We have set up a poll for the HF and jets working group meeting below. Since we have collaborators across several continents, we may pick more than 1 meeting time after the poll. Please fill out the poll by Friday (April 22nd), so that we can have a kick-off meeting(s) next week before the Detector-1 meeting on April 29th.
