Thanks a lot, Jerome.
The first challenge is to login to the submission machine:

[podolsky@ssh01 podolsky]$ hostname
ssh01.sdcc.bnl.gov
[podolsky@ssh01 podolsky]$ ssh osgsub01.sdcc.bnl.gov
ssh: connect to host osgsub01.sdcc.bnl.gov port 22: Connection refused

at the same time, another submission nodes login e.g. the icsubmit01 or
spool0001 works fine for me.

Then, I tried to use https://rt.racf.bnl.gov/rt/ link to get support, as you
suggested. The known user/pass combination didn't work, neither combination
currently working for auth.sdcc.bnl.gov . An attempt to reset password here
https://www.racf.bnl.gov/mail_password leads to a page with message "We’re
sorry, but there seems to be an error…", so recover does not work.
Can I use the email RT-SDCC-Cluster AT bnl.gov pointed out here
https://www.sdcc.bnl.gov/ to temporary overpass the problem of access to
https://rt.racf.bnl.gov/rt/? Should I still submit a ticked or you may look
at the problem with login to osgsub01.sdcc.bnl.gov?

Many thanks in advance.

With best regards,
Sergey

If you are asking for a test job on that submit node (
osgsub01.sdcc.bnl.gov ) we can provide one (me, etc ...).
For other technical details, the best in those times when not everyone is
available is to submit a RT ticket in the "GridServices"
queue ( https://rt.racf.bnl.gov/rt/ ) .

Best,
