Thanks a lot Jerome for the very prompt actions and providing an alternative 
support channel.
I've sent email to the specified address (RT-RACF AT bnl.gov) however my support 
request was rejected, I received the message with the following

"New RACF RT email ticket rejected - No Queue Specified [Access to the OSG 
submission node]."

Should I specify some special meta information in the subject to get this 
email delivered?
