  We should discuss preparations to the January Collaboration meeting and to the e-endcap RICH technology review in March. The latter one may require a better synchronization of our proposal document with the charge, see the draft here:

  Among other topics on the agenda, Alex will give a short update on the CAD model and integration, and Chandra will show first systematic GEANT modeling results.
