Dear All,

I just finished the R&D section. Please have  look. Needless to say that 
I borrowed intensively from the eRD110 proposal but with cuts and 
changes in many places.

Question is if we should add some plots, may be from Fermilab and CERN 
test beams. If you have nice ones let me know.

Thanks also to Anselm who did good on the intro.
