, and make sure you are comfortable with your name / institution task assignment, at least for the purposes of the preparations to the March review. Step up if you see your name is missing and / or

you'd like to cover a particular topic.

  All: by the GD/I meeting Monday next week please come up with your tentative plan for the coming five weeks (topics, deliverables, milestones). We confirmed in the meeting that all our work will be formalized in a written proposal and agreed that (1) milestones should include dates when particular materials gradually appear on Overleaf https://www.overleaf.com/project/6362d66f26bd21604b2d50ac in a state ready for Thomas and Kong to be adjusted to the rest of the document, (2) the studies needed for the review should be finalized by March 3^rd so that the proposal can be sent out to the reviewers after some editing effort shortly afterwards, well ahead of March 20.
