Dear ePIC membership committee –

 

Sorry again about the late notice today.  We would like to try and meet again this week to get updates from everyone before we make our final reports to ePIC spokespeople:

The next steps are:

1. Committee members please update the current list of institutional replies

We will freeze the documents today – they will remain visible to us and the institution, but will be read-onlyWe will be preparing emails to CC member:

1. They will primarily acknowledge our receipt of their form
2. But they will each indicate the specific missing pieces (e.g. FTE and ORCID)

We will be sending the list of non-responding institutions (we’re down to 9) to ePIC management to discuss next stepsWe will compile the draft collaboration list for the CC chair and vice chair – it will only contain institution, name, email and ORCID.  FTE numbers are considered private and will not be passed along.

1. This will be the basis for CC to send out a new collaboration list that will be used to update the phonebook.

Finally, we will be reporting again to SP/CC at 7:30 am EST on Friday 21 February
