Dear Belle II collaborators,

KEK is continuing the call for the job opening of 2 assistant
professor positions to be dedicated to the operation and upgrade
of Belle II DAQ. The detail can be found in

The selected candidates are supposed to engage in one of following
job categories:

1. The operation and upgrade of detector readout system
Currently the detector readout is performed with COPPER readout cards
and a project to replace them with PCIe40 cards is on going, which are
used in LHC experiments. The candidate is supposed to join this effort
in addition to the operation of current system.

2. The operation and upgrade of high level trigger (HLT) and storage
Several projects are on going to improve the data flow using the advanced
technology such as ZeroMQ and the candidate is supposed to join this
effort in addition to the operation of current system.

3. The operation and upgarde of slow control system
The candidate will work on the operation of the slow control system of
Belle II DAQ, including system control, monitoring, and database
management.  Also the candidate will join the effort to imorove
the system using the advanced technology such as ELK.

The application deadline is Jul.3 at 12:00(JST).
