just replying to the leadership team...  I very much like the idea of keeping an informal element to this, so I would vote to keep the "daily drop-in" personally, but I see the advantage of people being able to identify the day that they're expected to connect, and one weekly coffee doesn't seem too onerous.

For the focused coffee, I talk to my fellow Belle II NPPS team members on Tuesdays (8) and Fridays (9), the EDG members on Monday (9) and the Belle II S&C meeting is every Wednesday (11).  You would be welcome to join any of those in case that might work without adding more meetings.  We're also making a lot of use of mattermost already so I'm very happy with the Belle II group communication, it has increased since the work-from-home period started (the NPPS members were all remote from one another already).*

DUNE is interesting for me but maybe less so for Cedric and Ruslan.  Brett, did you set up a DUNE mattermost team ? (send me an invite if the answer is yes !).  That makes me wonder whether a leadership team coffee could be useful once a week?

I have noticed a general increase in the number of meetings and also that meetings are often running longer as they often acquire an informal element to them quite organically.  I think this is mostly a good thing but I am starting to see a need to balance this with being productive, though it will probably settle down in a week or two.

Paul

*Note I tried the Big Blue Button mattermost plugin to have an impromptu video meeting with David Jaffe, it failed miserably.  zoom still rules!

Continuing to try to tune the morning coffees… I am thinking about having a domain focus to them. We have 4 potential slots a week, we could have focus areas of energy (ATLAS), intensity (Belle II, DUNE), NP, and NPPS internal/infrastructure. To give focus and to attract more people. Thoughts on this, and on which days work for whom if we go this way. For the ATLAS one we can start earlier if helpful, I get up between 5 and 6 so there’s room :-) Needless to say every coffee is open to all and discussion topics are unconstrained.
