My intent not being to manufacture unnecessary meetings, especially ones I host, I will have morning coffees two days a week on Mon and Wed.
We effectively have a leadership team coffee after the NPPS meeting. More coffee can be had by the leadership team members coming to the group coffees.
I am eager to flatten the curve too (typed on a day with 7 hours of meetings).

DUNE has Slack (dunescience.slack.com) with a couple dozen channels.
Maybe ironically, the channels I'm in have generally gone rather quiet
since WFH.
I made an "EDG" Mattermost team which is open so you should be able to
join if you want. We only have a handful of members. We could make a
"DUNE" channel there if there is a need. I've already made a
"Wire-Cell" channel there.
In NPPS Mattermost I made a "neutrinos" channels which could be
interpreted as "DUNE". It's just me and Maxim there, not chatting.
Join us in our silence!
Given the somewhat low adoption of Mattermost I feel like even these
additional channels may already be too fragmenting.

Yes, I've noticed this too. Flatten the curve!
