I'm unaware of anyone from STAR being invited to attend either. Lijuan was
asked only just yesterday to provide "input" for the review, and wasn't even
told how to provide that input (email response to the committee member who
emailed her, one is left to assume). As Chris said, the RHIC programs tend to
be ignored.
