It is my pleasure to announce that ASCR has released a new X-Stack FOA this morning on Programming Environments for Scientific Computing.

There are many important portions of the software stack, and this FOA focuses on fundamental computer-science research in two strategically-important areas in the programming-tools portion of the software stack: automated test synthesis and parallel-programming-model translation.

 

Please note that this is a combined FOA for both labs and all other permitted kinds of applicants. There is not a separate lab call. Pre-applications are required and due on March 1^st, 2021. Also note that this FOA contains specific requirements on the data-management plan.

 

If there are any questions, please don’t hesitate to let me know.
