Hi Ross,

You are right that the z distortions are in the latest maps and are properly read. What's missing is the reconstruction of those. (and in fact, the code for them is there too, just was not tested/validated so far). I have updated the conclusion slide accordingly.



A draft for my slides is similarly attached, and comments are similarly
welcome.
