Hi Evgeny,

The inner half of R1 does not have standard readout pads (just large pads for spacecharge monitoring), so your observation is accurate that it is absent, but that absence is expected and correct.

So now it seems like a class/wrapper is needed for this histogram, so that gains can be loaded appropriately for the digitizer step.

Dear all,
During one of the meetings, it was discussed that it will be interesting to take a look at the tracking with "realistic" gain distribution.
I have produced 20 DST files with gain weighted with the attached distribution

The files are here:
/sphenix/user/shulga/Work/IBF/macros/detectors/sPHENIX/Files/

It looks like half of the R1 module is not simulated.
Is it a correct statement?
See histogram below. It shows the ratio of weighted and not weighted ADC distributions (it should qualitatively coincide with the gain map).

Dear Distortions Folks,

Let's meet tomorrow at the usual coordinates and time, 11AM EDT, to discuss the status of TPC distortions software.  I will present a few slides for discussion of TPC alignment.  Other updates are, as always, encouraged.
