Hi Evgeny,

I think I misunderstood your initial email.  You said you have generated events where the ADCs are weighted by that gain map?  If so, then it should suffice to run fun4all on those events, which will run tracking.

I had initially thought you'd just generated a new gain map, which had not yet been applied to the ADC/ pre-clustered data.

That there is nothing between r=20 and r=30 in your second plot is probably because we only read R1 chambers starting from r = 30cm. So you will get no hits for smaller radii.

That your ratio appears significantly larger for the half of the R1 chambers than for the others is unclear.

See histogram below. It shows the ratio of weighted and not weighted ADC distributions (it should qualitatively coincide with the gain map).
