Dear cold-QCD group,
Here is the one of the option of the author list of the analysis
note. I took the list from the recent cold-QCD document:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ykuNC4kNaDBM58BJXXBKdM9-jV-iNlNCpM9q59kEjkI/edit?usp=sharing
Caroline Riedl, Vincent Andrieux, Matthias Perdekamp, Greg
Mattson, Athira Vijayakumar (UIUC)
Itaru Nakagawa, Ralf Seidl, Yuji Goto, Yasuyuki Akiba, Genki
Nukazuka, Akitomo Enokizono, Takahiro Kikuchi, Tomoki Harada
(RIKEN)
Chia-Ming Kuo, Cheng-Wei Shih (National Central U.)
Byungsik Hong, Jaein Hwang (Korea U.)
Nicole D’Hose, Audrey Francisco, Dylan Neff, Virgile Mahaut
(Saclay)
Sanghoon Lim, Jeongsu Bok (Pusan National University)
Christine Aidala, Dillon Fitzgerald, Devon Loomis, Manuel Ramirez
Garcia, Desmond Shangase (University of Michigan)
John Lajoie, Derek Anderson (Iowa State University and Oak Ridge
National Lab.)
I would propose to keep
Vincent Andrieux (UIUC), Jaein Hwang (Korea University), Devon Loomis (Michigan), Gregory Mattson (UIUC), Ejiro Umaka (BNL), Athira Vijayakumar (UIUC)
as leading authors, and the rest follows.
Let me know if you agree or you have another suggestion.
Best regards,

I haven't heard back from anyone who is interested in presenting poster in the coming RHIC&AGS meeting. Jaein shows the interest to present a poster for the local polarimeter. Let us know if there can be any conflict.
I think it is also good idea to ask Genki to cover the readiness of the spin specific readiness including local polarimetery in his sping talk. Towards these reports, we need to swim thru the plot approval session in the next general meeting on Friday June 7th. Possible candidate plots to be proceeded to the approval session are:
1. x,y profiles w/ and w/o radius cut. 2 dim and 1 dim projections with spin up and down superimposed.
2. bunch by bunch asymmetries
3. sin(phi) modulation for blue and yellow for both fowards and backwards.
Anything else? Your advises are appreciated.
Thanks to Devon and Jaein to initiate the work, the development of documentation already started. The deadline for the analysis note is coming Tuesday. Sorry for such a rush, but the finite asymmetries were first observed only 5 days ago...

Ralf and Calo, please advise what to do with the write permission of this document. Shall we open to everybody or limited authors.

Hi All,_______________________________________________
Are there anyone who would like to present a poster of cold-QCD topic in the coming RHIC&AGS users meeting? If multiple people show interest, we need to coordinate.
Regards,
