sPHENIX HCal discussion

John and all,

We had a short meeting and there are some slides to look at.  The tile 
tester is pretty much ready to ship; Mike did a beautiful job finishing 
it up, and it only remains physically to get it packed up and exported.

I hope I can test the software on the laptop Edward bought before it 
leaves, but I'm not too worried if we miss that, we can test it 
sufficiently with the other CAEN we have.
