sPHENIX HCal discussion

Dear Mike and all,

I am sorry for not being able to dial in for the meeting yesterday. Interface 
and daughter PCBs arrived at GSU the day before yesterday. See the picture of 
a stack of daughter boards. 

To make it efficient, given the limited resources, I would propose the 
following:

1) GSU will populate the PCB's and send them to BNL
2) BNL (i.e., you) will make duplicate mechanical parts for the NICE test 
stands and send one to GSU. 

It is likely that Megan has discussed this with you guys already. If an 
initial batch of scintillators arrives at GSU by the end of this years, it 
will be great to have the mechanical parts ready before that.
