Followed the lead and looked through the slides. The one with “summary” is the best. Space for hodoscope (tile with fibers already exist) is already reserved (see my earlier mail) the rest may go over it. Why don’t we discuss if it make sense and who may (interested) help with it.

Hi John,
Many thanks for the update. I Just looked through the slides and it looks like the tile tester is almost done - great work by everyone involved! It was also neat to see the begiing of work in the oHCAL factory.
Thanks for the kind wishes, I'm doing fine.

John and all,
We had a short meeting and there are some slides to look at. The tile tester is pretty much ready to ship; Mike did a beautiful job finishing it up, and it only remains physically to get it packed up and exported.
I hope I can test the software on the laptop Edward bought before it leaves, but I'm not too worried if we miss that, we can test it sufficiently with the other CAEN we have.
I hope you're feeling ok, John.

Dear HCAL'ers:
There will be an HCAL meeting this Wednesday, October 3rd at 2:30PM BNL time:
https://indico.bnl.gov/event/5144/
At the present time the main item on the agenda is the tile tester. If the tile tester has been shipped, there should be a discussion of next steps to make sure it is properly integrated an Uniplast. If it has not been shipped, there should be a discussion of remaining issues and a set of action items. Other reports and updates are also welcome!
I will be out on Wednesday for a minor medical procedure, so some linear combination of Megan and Stefan will run the meeting. It would be very helpful if some sort of a summary of the discussion was posted in Indico or sent to the list so I can catch up.
Regards,
John
