I thought I better report this to the HCAL group before all the eggnog 
makes me forget about it:

I didn't attend the weekly planning meeting yesterday, but Carter and 
Frank came by afterward to say that Brian is looking into the 
feasibility of expanding the floor space in 912 for HCAL assembly. 
That's good! At least I think so, but they warned me that part of the 
work may take power away from our test racks for a few weeks to a month 
depending on how the work is organized.  That's not great, because we 
still have more development to do in the testing, but it's probably 
better to take the interruption when we're not swamped with sectors to test.

In any case, I thought the HCAL group should hear about these 
deliberations so we can decide what we want to do about it with 2020 vision.
