For fsPHENIX we already meet as a group bi-weekly on Tuesdays at 9PM BNL time; the most recent meeting was this past Tuesday. These meetings are held jointly with the EIC detector (ePHENIX) as well as many issues are of mutual interest.

I will discuss this a bit tomorrow, but one focus of the recent workshop was to define a set of performance plots, both detector and physics, that would demonstrate the capabilities of fsPHENIX. We've got a start on this, and we're pushing to keep the momentum going from the workshop.
