sPHENIX is a new detector at RHIC.

    Hi Dennis,
    
    I think we should consider having a few AuAu fills once sPHENIX is
    commissioned enough to take this data. This would fall under your
    commissioning slide and as far as I know CAD can do that. This would
    give us a head start for the tracking development in AuAu so we can
    hit the ground running when we start taking AuAu data a few months
    later.

As you may know, the Quark Matter conference last week is immediately followed by the NPP PAC meeting on Monday morning, where sPHENIX will give an update and present our Beam Use Proposal.
