Dear sPHENIX collaborators,

We're very happy to announce that Joe Osborn (BNL) has agreed to take on 
the role of Analysis Coordinator for the collaboration!

The nature of this new position was discussed at previous general 
meetings, and we received an encouraging response to the call for 
nominations.  No one should be surprised at the great depth of talent 
and volunteerism in the collaboration!

We plan to work with Joe to bolster the Analysis Coordinator position 
with additional named roles, so expect to see calls for new volunteers 
in the near future.  There will be plenty of opportunities!  We decided 
to announce Joe's appointment to this position now, even as we continue 
discussing how to make this position as effective as possible.
