Dear sPHENIX Colleagues,

This emails concerns the 2024 meeting of the APS Division of Nuclear Physics
in October: https://web.mit.edu/dnp2024/index.html . The regular abstract
deadline is Monday, July 8th, with a Conference Experience for Undergraduates
(CEU) deadline of Friday, August 2nd.

Since we historically have many abstracts at DNP from sPHENIX, we are
collecting abstracts here to coordinate their review in the sub-system and
topical groups.

If you are planning to submit a talk or poster for DNP, please fill out the
following form:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScGeM1SM9wAG1Xsha_v9zFPT82cbLQDA4LmX4jp0cUOu-3Tvw/viewform

For regular and CEU abstracts, our internal sPHENIX deadlines are Thursday,
June 27th and Wednesday, July 24th, respectively.

Here are some helpful reminders of our policies:

* All material posted on our Public Results page (
https://www.sphenix.bnl.gov/PublicResults ) can always be shown in public.

* Any new material must be approved to shown in a public meeting. Please see
the PubBoard page ( https://wiki.sphenix.bnl.gov/index.php?title=PubBoard )
for details on our public plot policy, which has different procedures for
simulation-only results, performance plots in data, physics measurements,
etc. Please note that we do not have a separate category for “work in
progress” results with lighter review procedures.

* Please see the Speakers Bureau page (
https://wiki.sphenix.bnl.gov/index.php?title=Speakers_Bureau ) for details on
the review of draft talks and posters. As one key detail, drafts should be
circulated at least 7 working days before the start of the conference - in
this case that is Thursday, September 26th.

Dennis and Marzia
