Hi, Wuzheng's newest force calculation in 24 coils can be found here: https://collab.external.bnl.gov/sites/sPHENIX-Magnet/Shared%20Documents/Dr.%20Meng%20Wuzheng%27s%20calculations/2016-2-3%20High_Field_Test_in%2024_coils.pptx So, he's completed what we've asked of him. I look at them quickly. The differences are not that big but the axial forces in this configuration all seem to be slightly smaller than those of sPHENIX. Kin |
