Hi,

As Carl and other people suggested/demanded/... , kind of for fun,  I've made up the following task lisk/schedule (using the SharePoint website's  "Task" feature),

https://collab.external.bnl.gov/sites/sPHENIX-Magnet/Lists/Tasks/AllItems.aspx

using all the information and scheduling wisdom that I've got.   I've combined J. Hock's, P. Orfin's, C. Schultheiss' and P. Rosas' schedules ... and
manipulating a bit (Carl's wishes for platform/cable tray was too early and is  not necessary for their software/hardware development etc.).  I guess
one has to "play" a bit even in Microsoft Project.

As I mentioned, I've shortened Paul Orfin's 8 weeks to 30 days.  { I'm thinking, if there is 50% chance to get an additional technician from each of
the SMD, or Physics, or Cryo (C-AD), then the overall chance of getting one technician = 1 - 0.5^3 = 87.5% :)  }

According to this "dream" schedule (probably optimistic), we'll do the Full-Field Test on May 22 and (if it's just one week test) finish on May 26.

Let me know if something is seriously wrong :-)   I can put down only 1 person for "Assigned To" and I put in an engineer's name (or physicist for the last task).

I'll adjust the "dates"  IN CASE (Chinese translation for "IN CASE"  is ~1/10000 ) we have any delay(s) :-(:-);-)

Kin
