Hi,

Upon further discussion among Holger Witte, B. Parker and myself, Holger has done a couple more things :

(1) Really ramping like in a quench

(2) Trying to quantify the forces due to eddy current (small )

Now, he’s added some lines at the beginning and at the end in addition to the new things that he’s done. It’s become a

more self-explanatory note and I put it here :
