Hi, Everyone

As promised from meeting of last week, the INTT dead map based on PHENIX FVTX
experience has been implemented and will show up in today's software build.
To run it, please enable the dead map by pulling commits from this branch on
the task force macro repository:
https://github.com/sPHENIX-Collaboration/macrosIDTF/compare/SiDeadMap?expand=1

By default, there are two sets of dead maps, emulating emulating 4% and 8%
dead sensor+chip+strips in INTT respectively. Thanks for Tony for running the
verification test. Also welcome more discussion on the next simulation
meeting on this too: https://indico.bnl.gov/event/4030/

Cheers

Jin
