Hi All,

We are planning a tracking workfest in association with the collaboration meeting at BNL, which will be held on December 12 and 13.

The (limited) feedback I have received so far favors having the workfest on December 11 (Wednesday) and December 14 (Saturday). Realistically, the only alternative would be Saturday and Sunday, the 14th and 15th.

It would be good for people who are closely connected to the tracking (for example the Ks searchers) to think about participating.

If anyone would like to argue for dates other than the 11th and 14th, please do so soon. We need to lock in the dates for planning purposes.
