- ODH alarm in tunnel (not sPHENIX), false alarm due to sensor damage b/c of water leak some weeks ago, b/c of that MCR switched to safety access mode, after that back to restricted access mode (during shutdown can just go in and out), MCR operation coordinator (Ian) came over to check out the associated Access Control alarm we got; he said that should have cleared again -> talk to Lee/Joel tomorrow regarding that alarm

- no real incident except for mouse -> get mouse traps tomorrow

- MBD people were working in IR
- MBD people were working in IR
- power cycled 2E2 per request of HCal expert
- MVTX DAQ1 chiller hot, turned off as per Cameron’s instructions

- HV rack released to experts

- checked noise
- just as bad as before
- cables were sitting on HV cables, split apart, kept grounding separate
- still 10 noisy cables
- did look directly at detector (w/o cables): then signals fine
- cables going into S parallel to power cable
- also too much tension
- need to re-arrange cables tomorrow with help of cable pullers
- that will hopefully fix noise issues
HCal (Virginia)
- took cosmics today at lower rate than had been b/c busy not working
- busy not working on forced accept (that’s a bug)
- switched to clock triggers, but busy apparently still not working
EMCal (Dan L, John H)
- Dan was helping Tim with channel mapping yesterday, still working on that
