Just a minor correction:  After the door is opened (and as long as it's opened) by the first person, the other people behind do NOT need to scan their cards and they may just enter.

This is "Restricted Access" (=RA, unlike "Controlled Access") and we don't count how many people going in or out.  A sweep will be needed
before we can inject beam into the area.   RA may even be used if you need to escort somebody without training into the area after you get
the escort form approved and those people certainly don't have any RHIC access card (or keys).

*Technically we are in Restricted Access right now.  But starting May 1st it will be enforced by means of the plug door gate.
