- meeting with site office:  3 issues with Opportunity for Improvement

  - one of them is wooden planks: too slippery

    - Mike Gaffney:  it’s fine

- Mike Clancy’s delegate approval expected at 3 o'clock

access:
- today still power supply work
- tomorrow still 7am-10pm—but sweep sPHENIX at 8:00pm or earlier
- Wednesday 8am - 6pm—but sweep sPHENIX earlier

evening (Raghav)
- nothing

- sweep:  if didn’t open plug door, no sweep necessary

night (Brennan)
- mostly quiet

- EMCal NW chiller:  fluid level a bit low

Day (Ben)

- pretty quiet

- this morning MBD cooling interlock alarm, Mickey:  everything looked fine

MBD (Abdul)
- nothing

temperature reading, still working

HCAL (Virginia)
- bias trip this morning for several channels (6:30-6:40am from logs)

  - not clear why, recovered fine

- not reading out signal in few channels

  - signal cable at detector looked like somebody had hit it or stepped on it

  - cables were fine, were able to replace connector at detector

  - please be careful and let us know if you break something

- replaced one signal cable that was flaky

- plan forward is to hand to Martin for common DAQ readout

EMCal (Sean)

- one section didn’t get bias

- figures out problem:  return on bias line

- verification still pending

TPOT (Hugo)

- ready for subsystem DAQ test

TPC (Jin)

- continue stress test of read-out, very stable

- Martin took TPC to join big partition 

  - working, then problem, working again

- noise:  resistance test, no smoking test, investigating

INTT (Joseph)

- software work with unpacker

MVTX (Cameron)

- finished work from last week:  re-wired circuit breaker

- DAQ experts flying in today, ready for data taking

sEPD nothing

DAQ (Martin)

- DAQ fest this week:  run as many things together as possible

  - TPOT, TPC

  - INTT tonight once Raul is available

  - then add calorimeters and MBD 

  - starting issue:  DCMs don’t want to behave

ZDC nothing
