Commissioning and running of sPHENIX

Hi folks,

I cleaned up a lot of old crud in the online monitoring (mainly on the 
framework side). I removed the trigger stuff based on packet 14001 
(which the way we run won't be available) and unused db variables and 
put the status DB back (so all those DB errors/warnings should be gone 
now). It now saves the registered histograms when switching to a new run 
in a unique file.

Please update your fork, I didn't touch the subsystem code - except for 
removing those dbvars, merging right now should just work. But if you 
wait longer chances are the merge will be painful
