The primary purpose of the workfest is to complete the commissioning 
document that will be submitted to the Program Advisory Committee 
alongside the Beam Use Proposal--the current state of the document is 
here:

one of us or one of the subsystem managers.

A second goal of the workfest is to assess the list of tasks to be done 
in the remaining weeks of beam-off commissioning.
