Hello sPHENIX Collaboration,

Very exciting! We are starting the 2-person watch shifts today (right this minute) and thus we can soon start flowing gas to the TPOT and leaving voltages on round the clock. All detectors are still under expert control only, and we will slowly ramp up to taking cosmics, etc. Thanks to our first set of dedicated shifters pictured below!

* We will start today with daily Shift Change Meetings (SCM) at 3:30 pm ET - these will continue for the next 7-8 months or so. At this point, we will not have the google doc daily information and we will not do a sub-system report. Thus, the meetings will be a "lite" version for the next 2-3 weeks. The Zoom link for the SCM is given at the top of the Run-2024 web page.

Note that for the next month, there will continue to be the 8:30 am ET daily meetings chaired by Jim Mills and John Haggerty.
