Hello sPHENIX Collaboration,

sPHENIX is starting the second week of 2-person watch shifts today. Maya Shimomura is the new Period Coordinator!
Enormous progress has been made over the last week and the shift crew is now consistently running HCal cosmic data. There has been critical work on the TPC and the INTT is being re-installed, as well as important DAQ/Trigger work. All detectors are still under expert control only. Thanks in advance to our second set of dedicated shifters pictured below!

* We will continue with daily Shift Change Meetings (SCM) at 3:30 pm ET. We have started a daily google doc of notes and "plan of the day" linked from the run page. The Zoom link for the SCM is also given at the top of the Run-2024 web page.

Note that for a few weeks, there will continue to be the 8:30 am ET daily meetings chaired by Jim Mills and John Haggerty.
