Hello sPHENIXians,

To those working on sPHENIX in 1008, there will be another deer management operation at BNL this

Friday/Saturday/Sunday (March 15, 16, 17, 2024).

If you are coming out to 1008 or leaving 1008 between the hours of 7 pm ET through 4 am ET,

you MUST call x4662 (Main Control Room) and/or x2238 (Central Alarm Center) to let them know you will be driving in or out and they will arrange your safe passage.

No walking around outside during these hours.

The shift crew can go safely between the Control Room and the Gas House as needed.

We will go through these details and an extra reminder in the Shift Change Meeting (SCM) on all three days.
