I got an additional update from our head of security.  He is allowed to grant RHIC users access to 911 automatically when they register to come onsite as a RHIC User.  This will give them access to the mini-mart at all times with their badge.

 

Starting in the next few months, a communication will go out stating that all buildings with existing locks will be locked at all times.  Estimate is sometime in August based on DOE requirments.  This will make having people on the access list more important.

 

Please review RHIC user registrations to make sure they are identified as RHIC users so they can be granted access to RHIC buildings in anticipation of this change and access to the mini-mart.
