Commissioning and running of sPHENIX

Dear Charles and All,

The Run Logbook (Elog) and Mattermost are down.

I saw an e-mail from Wouter Deconinck "I wanted to let everyone know 
that today is a mattermost maintenance day (we don't have a schedule for 
this but try to have the maintenance days on weekends). Please expect 
downtimes."

We will make our entries directly into the SCM google doc, 2024-10-26.

Note: everything is running smoothly, we continue taking cosmics data.
