Commissioning and running of sPHENIX

All,

a reminder that ITD will perform some upstream network equipment 
upgrades on Wednesday (Nov 6). We held off with those until our Run was 
done.

> We will be upgrading the DL2 firewalls and switches on Wednesday 
> November 6^th during an outage window from 9 AM to 5 PM. This will 
> effect network connectivity for the STAR and sPHENIX counting houses.

Please don't expect to get a lot of work done in 1008 on Wednesday.
