I chatted with Chris about this (accidentally sat in on a meeting where this came up.last week)  The cooling tubes are minor.  They sit at around 25cm in z and are very thin and about 1.5-2cm long.   Main cooling tube in the stave is carbon composite.  The thing to check in addition to the  "ribs" that Richid mentioned is if the Aluminum "Rings" are in the  GEANT.    I attached a picture to give you an idea where they are.  This is one layer of the INTT.  We have 4 layers in construction.  The Silver "Rings" are marked with a red arrow. Its what is used to hold all the Staves together.   Dan said they sit at around 25CM in Z.  You can also see the stainless tubes just to the left which have a plastic coupling which connects to a blue tube.  The stainless tube starts in the middle of the Ring and goes about a half of a cm into the coupling. Then the HDMI cables with the "Rings" to the left of that (black piece that the blue tubes go through)

Just for completeness are there any slides (pictures) and info about the cooling water pipe location, and while we're at it, maybe if there are any other major "veins" of cabling that may not also be in GEANT...sorry for being lazy to look up pictures but maybe you all could find the best ones for this quicker...

Dear Chris and others,

Last Tuesday at sPHENIX software and simulation meeting (https://indico.bnl.gov/event/21969/), INTT team was asked if the support structure of INTT is already in sPHENIX GEANT4 or not.

The support structures for INTT have been already |eta| <1.1 in GEANT as Genki presented in the same meeting two years ago.

As you can see in the slide, support structures are in and the materials are carbon (CFRP).

I confirmed the above and the following with Genki, who implemented these.

- cooling water and cooling tube which are at |eta|>1.1 are not implemented.
- the cylinder which has the same amount of the material as bus-extender has is implemented.

Therefore, most of the material related to INTT in the sPHENIX acceptance (|eta| <1.1) is already implemented.
