Damn. This is almost certainly due to the problem we finally deduced with the GitHub bridge, where it does not do the pulls correctly so does not synchronize with your local version, but it does the pushes diligently - so that it overwrites previous changes that were not conveyed to the local area by the pull.

Sorry, but this was probably done by me when I was still operating under the assumption that this all worked as advertised.

Can anyone say if there is some kind of tracking of changes available in Overleaf? If not, Tom do you have a copy (pdf would do) that includes the changes?

When I reorganize it I will take the edit token and do a fresh clone, edit it and push the edits, then release the edit token.
